I think a lot of the time, we tip-toe around to make sure that we're doing everything right. We're so cautious to make sure that we're doing all the right things that we're too cautious. We're afraid to make mistakes in fear of what others may think, or in fear of misrepresenting ourselves the wrong, negative way. Don't necessarily celebrate when making mistakes, but realize that you're learning and growing during the process. Dive into action without hesitation...try different things out! As Albert Einstein has stated, every time you "fail," you are learning a new method of what not to do in the future.

If this quote does not give you chills running through your veins, check your pulse. DC Metro chooses to dare greatly. We greet the arena with dust and sweat and blood marring our faces with defiance, defiance of the critic. Here's to triumph and to spurning the fear the cripples the cold and timid souls of this world.
Love the quote and the man. Above all that, this is great perspective. Looking back, I can connect some of my greatest achievements/successes/awards/feelings to some of my greatest failures/mistakes/poor decisions/fears.
